Thirty pieces of Chinese Chess are latterly unearthed from a tomb dating dorsum to Northern Song Dynasty (960–1279) inwards Wang'an county, southwest China's Sichuan province.
The chess pieces are made of bronze. "If they actually are from the Northern Song Dynasty, the archaeological value of them is priceless," said 1 of the members of the archaeological team.
